Le Parisienne
Here she is in the warm winter sunshine. I couldn't wrangle a poodle for the photo session, but she does warrant a poodle.

I think you are right about the blue flora being more suited to a party frock - how delightful, then, that this turned out so very well! Did I mention that I like the wide patent belt?
